Jasper's Fashion Tips

Hello, and it's Jasper here! Dakota is letting me do a guest post. So, here it is! I'm going to show you how to dress your style. Now, follow me on this adventure!

First off...
Don't follow fashion rules. Just be yourself, and have fun! Fashion is about creating the look that you love and that you know is you. Don't let yourself be held down by what the big names in fashion say. Hey! It's your style, your clothes, and your personality! So be yourself!

Secondly:
Mix  and match stuff, and don't worry about what others will say. Try different color combos, layers, fun and funky socks, different patterns, or textures. When you walk the streets, you will be the new Coco Chanel you! For instance, above, I layered a purple knit beret, an orange and blue and red shirt, lilac leggings, red and white striped socks, and cowboy boots. And it looks awesome! Below, I have this very vintage outfit, matched with cowboy boots. The results? Fantabulous!

Come on people, we are fashionitas here. Let's be honest. The whole world of fashion is available to us. IF WE CAN ACCEPT THAT!
Third thing:
Be Extraordinary in what you wear and do. Don't settle for less than what you like. If you want, load yourself with accessories! Wear three shirts on top of each other! Don't be like everyone else because you weren't brave enough to be yourself.

Fourthly:

Take an effort to be neat and clean. Sure, your style may be ripped jeans, sloppy shirt, and you love it that way, and that's fine. Just in that range of messiness, be neat. And always, always, be clean. Okay, maybe you can't be clean when you are on a quest in Percy Jackson, but besides that, be clean!

Lastly:

Hold yourself with confidence. A perfect outfit can be ruined by not having confidence. Confidence. Confidence, Always. Always. Confidence.

Thanks so much for listening to me going on and on about fashion, and I hope you use these tips well! :)

P.S. I like to shop at thrift stores... which is the best place to find one-of-a-kind items. But I also love shopping elsewhere. :)
